How to reclaim items that were returned by mistake
Mistakes happen, and sometimes the wrong device or personal belongings are sent to our warehouse unintentionally. While returning personal items is not covered in our general terms and conditions (check our legal notice at the end of this article), we’re here to help. If you’ve accidentally sent something to the Grover warehouse, here’s what to do.
What should I do if I return the wrong device or personal items/devices?
If you accidentally returned the wrong Grover device, or a personal device, please contact our support team for help.
What types of personal belongings will be stored?
- Electronic devices, excluding the ones mentioned below
- Personal documents, such as identity documents
- Money
What types of personal belongings will not be stored?
- Clothing
- Cases for smartphones, cameras, laptops (cases in general)
- Chargers (plugs or cables)
- Photos
- Toys
- Gaming accessories (controllers, games, etc.)
- Data storage devices
- Jewelry
- Keys
- Sim cards
How will documents and sensitive information be stored?
Documents or items with personal data will be kept in a safe storage area, separated from other items.

When reclaiming your belongings, you are responsible for their delivery. If any problems arise during the delivery, like delays, missed deliveries, or other issues, these matters do not fall to Grover to resolve. We may assist you with such issues, but the ultimate responsibility for proper delivery lies with you.
