For parcels with contents missing
To start with, we need photos of all sides of the package, which you should include in your message.
Depending on the carrier, we then need additional information from you:

If it was shipped with DHL, we ask you to bring the parcel to your closest DHL store within 7 days of delivery. There, you will receive a damage report from DHL, which you must complete and return to us so that we can start an investigation of the parcel for you.
