Confirmation of identity along with your signature may be required for delivery. Depending on the carrier, your device may also be delivered directly to an official packet shop, where you will be notified for pickup.
Large devices (TVs, fitness equipment, e-scooters, etc) require scheduled appointments. The carrier will call and arrange an appointment with you.
Should the carrier not be able to deliver your package on the first try, they may:

Drop it off at a nearby postal office or pick-up point where you can pick it up within 7 days. Failure to pickup within the designated time frame may result in the return of the package.
