Can I cancel my order?
If you change your mind about an order you've recently placed, you may still have the option to cancel it in your account, under My Tech.
If the cancel option is no longer available, it means the order is already being shipped, and we can't prevent it from being sent. In this situation, please either refuse to accept the package with the carrier upon delivery or contact our support team.
Can I withdraw from my rental?
If you're unhappy with your device, you have 14 days to withdraw from your order from the date you received it. Contact our support team to complete this process.
Do not return the device with your own return label as this may complicate the return process.
Can I cancel my subscription due to an extraordinary situation?
If your subscription is within the rental period, the minimum term has to be fulfilled.
However there are three exceptions from which we can cancel your subscription if the reason for cancellation is officially justified. These cases can be found below:

Country relocation (Only for countries where Grover is not supported)

Force Majeure (Natural catastrophe, health issue that prevents the usage of tech, etc.)

Death (Customer passed away)
If your reason fits within these exceptions, you can contact our support team to inquire about the necessary documents to justify your early cancellation.
Why is my subscription not cancelled if I already returned the product?
Please mind that the return process can take up to maximum 2 weeks to reach our warehouse from the moment that you hand the package to the carrier.
As soon as the device has been checked in our warehouse, your subscription will be automatically canceled and you will receive a confirmation of cancellation by e-mail.
If your package has taken longer than the estimated time to arrive at our warehouse, please contact our support team so we can help you track your package. Also, if your package has reached our warehouse and the subscription has not been cancelled yet, you can reach out to our support team so they can help you to manually cancel the subscription.
