This article contains information regarding returns of Grover devices.
How do I return my device at the end of my subscription?
At the end of your subscription, you can return the device using the label we provide in your Dashboard at no cost. Follow these steps to locate the label:
- Log in to your Grover.com account.
- Select My Tech.
- Select the subscription you are returning.
- Select End rental.
- Follow the on-screen directions to print out the label.
- Please remember: Before returning, reset your device to factory settings and ensure that all your data has been erased. Failure to do so may cause additional charges. Click here for steps on how to remove data.
- Place the product with the accessories in the original box. If you have more than 1 device of the same type, make sure the serial number on the box matches the device. Stow the device safely in the shipping box previously provided by Grover or any other shipping box.
- Stick the label onto the box. Remember to send only 1 device per box (unless specified otherwise).
You can return your package at any parcel shop or post office that works with the shipping provider shown on the return label. Please remember to gather a receipt of the drop off and keep it until you are notified that the device is back with us.
Important Reminders:
- To avoid paying for another month, drop off the device at the Paketshop at least 1 day before your next payment is due.
- Avoid returning your device from a different country, as you need to organize and pay for the return yourself.
- Always use the return label from your account. If you cannot find it, please contact our support team.
As soon as your box is processed by the delivery carrier, your monthly payments will be stopped. Your rental ends when we get the product back and check that everything is okay with it. If you observe any issues after drop-off or after warehouse processing on this matter, please contact our support team.
Unfortunately, the return label can’t be sent by post. For the german market, we offer paperless return labels via QR code for DHL returns, not for UPS returns.
How do I prepare my device for return?
For us to process returned devices, it’s important that you reset all devices to factory settings and remove any personal data, including linked accounts, before sending them back.
This includes Apple IDs, Google Accounts, PIN codes, user accounts for game consoles, e-mobility accounts, and any parental controls.
If we can’t process your device after it’s returned due to it being connected to a user account, your rental will not end and we reserve the right to charge additional payments to unlock and reset the device:
