We will send you a shipping confirmation email with a personal tracking link as soon as your box is packed and ready to leave our shipping center.

Most standard items arrive within one week.

Large and bulky items (such as large TVs or fitness equipment) take between 3 and 10 business days, and the delivery driver will call you in advance to schedule a delivery appointment.

If your tracking link is not updated for 5 consecutive days, please contact us so we can resolve this with the shipping provider.

Delivery issues: If the tracking information shows that your package has already arrived but you haven’t received it, please first check whether it was delivered to a neighbour or a nearby package pickup location. Please contact us if you cannot locate the package.
