If your device is accidentally damaged – for example, by a severely cracked screen, a bent casing, or internal liquid damage – and you are covered by Grover Care, we will automatically waive most of the repair costs, and you will only be charged a small, predictable service fee for a replacement device.
The amount of the service fee depends on the Grover Care option you selected during the ordering process, which you can also view in your customer account. Please report the damage immediately.
If you received the product damaged or incomplete, please report the issue within 3 days of delivery by sending a photo of the damage. After this period, it will be assumed that the damage occurred after delivery.
Requirements to replace a device:
- The damage exceeds normal wear and tear. Please refer to our sample photos for reference.
- You provide us with photos of the damage (or screenshots if it is software-related) and the serial number on the device.
By repairing and returning devices to the supply chain, we aim to extend the lifespan of each device and reduce electronic waste
All devices are cleaned, repaired, and refurbished after return, so all devices at Grover are new or like new. All our smartphones are shipped with a minimum battery capacity of 80 %. This is our “Great Condition” promise.
