What happens in case of delivery problems: If the delivery service cannot hand over your package directly, it will either be re-delivered on another day, left at your chosen preferred location, or taken to a parcel shop. It will be available for pickup there for 7 days before being returned to us.
Why a delivery fails: A package can be returned if your name is not on the doorbell, the address is incorrect, or the shipping label is damaged. In these cases, the package is automatically sent back to us and the rental is canceled.
Important notes about money and restarting: Unfortunately, we cannot resend a redirected package to you. However, you will of course receive your paid money automatically refunded within 5 to 10 days. If you still want the device, please check your profile information for errors and simply place a new order on our website.
