If your device is accidentally damaged and you have Grover Care, we cover most of the repair costs; you only pay a small service fee. Damages must be reported within 3 days of delivery with photos. Conditions for replacement are damages beyond normal wear and tear and the submission of photos plus the serial number. Returned devices are cleaned, repaired, and shipped with at least 80% battery capacity.
Device damaged or delivered incomplete? Please report this within 3 days of delivery with a photo of the damage. After that, we assume the damage occurred after delivery.
