If you are dissatisfied with your device or find that it is not right for you, you have the legal right to withdraw from the rental agreement within 14 calendar days after delivery.

To do this, locate the active device in your account dashboard under "My Tech" and download a free return label.

Please note that this 14-day cancellation period applies only to private, personal accounts and not to business customers or items rented in person at a retail store.
