If you rented your device through one of our partners, such as MediaMarkt, you should still contact Grover in case of damage.

In case of damage, Grover Care covers up to 80% of the damages for all rental categories, except for drones and e-mobility, where up to 50% is covered.

Please report the damage immediately via this form in the same way as described above to receive a replacement device.
