Once your minimum rental period has expired, you can return your device free of charge.
Log in to your account online or via the app, go to “My Devices”, select your subscription, and print your free shipping label. (In Germany, you can also receive a label as a QR code.)
To avoid being automatically charged for another month, you must delete your personal user profiles on the device, reset the device to factory settings, pack it in the original packaging, and drop it off at a shipping location at least 1 day before your next monthly payment is due.
The rental will be paused as soon as the package with our return label has been handed over to the post office.
Please be sure to keep the drop-off receipt from the store so that we can assist you with any potential issues.
Your rental period ends as soon as we receive and inspect the device.
