If you accidentally send back the wrong device or leave your personal items (such as wallets, keys, passports, or personal accessories) in a return box sent to our warehouse, please contact us immediately.
Although the return of personal items is not included in our standard rental terms, our team will do its best to locate your items in our secure storage area.
Please note that you are responsible for arranging and covering the shipping costs to have your personal items sent back to you.
