This article provides information to further understand where your requested order is.
Your order takes the following steps in our Grover Shop
- We will confirm your order by email immediately after the payment process.
- Your order will then be transferred to the software of our shipping center.
- The products are collected and packed by our employees.
- As soon as the order is packed and the address label is printed, the order is considered “ready to ship” and is now just waiting to be picked up by one of our shipping partners. You will receive a mail with the tracking link and can also find the tracking in your account.
- After collection, the parcel will be sent to you by our shipping partner via the fastest route and will be delivered to you, a branch or a desired partner or neighbour.
We will keep up to date as about the expected delivery time and the current status of your orders.
- You will find all the important information in the order overview and in the tracking link.
- As soon as your order is on its way to you, you will receive a shipping confirmation with an initial estimate of exactly when your order will arrive.
If your parcel has long since arrived according to shipment tracking, but has not yet reached you, please check the shipment tracking and also whether it has been left with a neighbour or a store.
The tracking of my order is no longer moving
If the order cannot be found, and the shipping status has not changed for 5 days, please contact Grover customer service and we will get in touch with the shipping partner to quickly find out where your order is. You can find the button to contact us directly below this article.
Shipping partners will not accept any inquiries before these 5 days have passed - and experience shows that parcels continue to move even after a slight interruption in the following days.
