The process leading up to shipment: After you place your order, our fulfilment centre packs the devices. As soon as the package is ready to ship, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link, which you can also view at any time in your customer account.
Delivery issues: If the tracking information shows that your package has already arrived but you haven’t received it, please first check whether it was delivered to a neighbour or a nearby package pickup location.
Stalled shipping status: If the status of your delivery does not change for 5 consecutive days, please contact our customer service using the button below. For system-related reasons, our shipping partners cannot accept enquiries until these 5 days have passed.
