35up offers users digital and physical accessories that are compatible with the products available on Grover. 35up simplifies the process for Grover users to access and purchase these accessories along with their rental.
In this article you will find all necessary informations about your 35Up accessory order.
General Information
- 35up accessories are available in Germany, Austria, and the Netherlands.
- The accessories are purchased, not rented. After your minimum term is over, you can keep the accessory and don't have to send it back to us.

The accessory and the device will come in two separate packages as it's getting delivered from the 35up warehouse.

Two separate charges will be made, one for the rental and another one for the accessory.

If a device has to be replaced, you can keep the accessory to use it again with the replaced device.

You will receive a mail to track the accessory order yourself as Grover has no insight into the tracking status of the 3rd party delivery.

In case of order denial, the accessory purchase will not be processed and you will not be charged for that. Grover orders need to be confirmed first to approve the 35up accessory order.
What information do I receive about my 35 Up order?
You will receive the following mails from us to keep track about your accessory order:
- Order request received e-mail
- Purchase confirmation e-mail
- Shipment tracking e-mail
- Purchase invoice
- Activation code (digital only)
- Order rejected e-mail
- Payment failed e-mail
- Order canceled e-mail
Revocations
You have the usual period of 14 days to revoke your order and receive a refund.
In this case, the rented device will be returned as normal to Grover while receiving a refund from our side for the cost of the accessory.
To initiate a revocation, please contact our support team who will process the revocation and refund for you.
Digital Accessories
Please note that in the case of digital accessories, you waive your right of revocation with the confirmation of the 35up order and are not entitled to a refund.
