What if the product I want is not available, can I reserve it?

Reserving a product isn't possible, but if you are located in Germany we can notify you when the product is back in stock. Click Notify me on the product page and we'll email you once it becomes available.

Do programs come preinstalled on the computer? 

The computers come factory-set just like when you purchase from a retailer. Software thats subject to costs and licensing, such as Microsoft Office or Photoshop, isn’t preinstalled and must be purchased separately. We offer digital licenses for purchase.
