What is a digital license purchase?

Grover offers digital software licenses to complement your rental. Once you purchase it, it’s immediately yours (subject to licensing restrictions). An example of a digital license would be Microsoft 365. 

Where do I find the digital license activation code?

There are two places to find it: We email you the activation code after your purchase is complete, or you can also find the activation code under My Tech once the device has been delivered. 

Can I purchase a digital product without renting? 

No, we only offer digital products with a rental. 

Can I return the digital license if I don’t want the rental?

No, digital licenses are not returnable/refundable per our Terms and Conditions.

What do I do if my digital code is not working?

Carefully check that there are no spelling mistakes when entering the license code. Common spelling mistakes are O (letter) and 0 (number), I (capital i), l (small letter L), 1 (number) and B (letter), and 8 (number). To avoid spelling mistakes, copy and paste the code into the required field. If the issue persists please reach out to the manufacturer of the code.

How do I redeem a digital license from Grover?

We offer Microsoft 365, Xbox Game Pass, and PlayStation Plus with some of our subscriptions. To redeem these follow the steps found in this article. 

Can I rent video games with Grover?

Due to licensing restrictions, we're not able to offer video game rentals. However, access keys may be offered with devices for promotions.
