Free return shipping is available for cancellations within 14 days, approved early termination, damaged devices, or at the regular end of the rental period. You can find the return label in your Grover account under “My Devices.” Before shipping, reset the device, pack it individually, and drop it off at least one day before your next billing date. Keep the receipt until you receive confirmation.
You can download a free return label directly from your customer account under “My Devices” in four cases: for cancellations within 14 days, for an (approved!) early termination, if you report a damaged device, or at the regular end of your minimum rental period.
How to find the label at the end of the rental: Log in to your Grover.com account, go to “My Devices,” select your subscription, and click “End Rental” to print the label. (A small tip for DHL in Germany: You can also use a paperless QR code; this option is not available with UPS).
Important return rules: Please reset your device to factory settings and delete all personal data before packing to avoid additional fees. Pack each device together with its accessories individually in a secure box – only one device per box may be shipped.
Deadlines & proof: Drop off the package at the parcel shop at least one day before your next billing date to ensure monthly payments stop on time. Please keep the drop-off receipt until we confirm receipt and inspection of your device via email.
