Find your monthly invoices and edit information shown on Grover Business invoices.
Finding invoices from your subscriptions
You’ll get a monthly email with all previous invoices attached.
You can also check and download your invoices via Account > Payments > Click on the payment > Download invoice.
If you’re looking for the invoice of a specific subscription you can go to My Tech > Select the subscription > Scroll to Payments > Click on the payment > Download invoice.
Rental invoices are available within 2 days after the due date. If you bought your device, the invoice will be available 14 days after we’ve collected your payments. We don’t send invoices for failed orders on your first payment nor failed purchase payments.
On some occasions, invoices can take up to 20 days to appear in your account. Please reach out to support team if you don’t see your invoices after 20 days.
In Grover Business Premium, you’ll find your invoices on the Payments page of your dashboard.
Modifying information shown on Grover Business invoices
If you want to change details on your invoices, like the company address or tax ID, contact our business support and attach documents that confirm the changes to your message.
