What is a late fee, and when is it applied?
If your monthly payment remains unpaid for more than 30 days, we will apply a late fee to your account. This fee helps us cover payment processing costs incurred when payments are overdue.
How does the late fees process work?
- Day 0: Your regular payment is due.
- Day 8: If your payment is still outstanding, we will send you a warning email to give you the opportunity to resolve the issue before a late fee is charged.
- Day 30: If your payment remains unpaid, we will send a notification email and apply the late fee. You will receive a separate late-fee invoice, and the charge will appear in your account.
Please note: If you have more than one outstanding monthly payment across one or more products, a late fee will be charged once for each month and for each rental product.
How can I avoid late fees?
You can avoid having to pay late fees by ensuring you have sufficient funds before your payment is due.

Please Note: Late fees only apply to orders placed on the German market.
