Is your transaction not going through? This can happen for several different reasons.
If your recurring subscription payment failed
If your monthly payment doesn’t go through, we’ll retry charging the amount 5 days later. If it fails again, the next attempt will happen 3 days after the last failed payment. Please ensure funds are available in the payment method linked to your subscription. If funds are available and the payment fails, contact your bank.
If you prefer to pay for your failed payment immediately, you can add a new payment method to your rental. We’ll retry charging you on the following day.
After 2 failed attempts, you’ll get an email explaining alternative payment options. Click on the "Pay now" button to pay immediately for all or some of your subscriptions. You can pay by credit or debit card or bank transfer.

INFO:
If you have paid for a recurring failed payment or for a one-off payment (e.g. payment), the successful status of the payment will be displayed in less than an hour. If this is not the case, you are welcome to contact our customer service.
Tips to resolve common payment problems
There are a few reasons your payment method can be rejected or fail during checkout. Some of the most common reasons and possible solutions are:
-
Invalid payment method: Make sure you’re using a payment method we currently accept. Card payments may fail because the CVV is incorrect or the card has expired. Please check that the card details are valid and correct.
-
Issue with user authentication (3D secure): When you make an online payment, you might be redirected to your bank’s website to verify your payment. Verification is an additional security step to protect your account. If you’re having trouble with the verification, there might be a connection issue with your bank. Contact your bank to learn more.
-
Refused transaction: Your bank may automatically decline the transaction. In this case, contact your bank to find out how to solve the issue.
-
Error using PayPal: Make sure you have a valid card or bank account linked to PayPal. If your PayPal account was recently created, contact PayPal to learn more. Or check the most common reasons for failed PayPal payments.
-
Insufficient funds: Your credit or debit card might not have sufficient funds to make the payment. Add funds to your account to cover your subscription.
-
Exceeded limits: Maybe you exceeded the daily withdrawal or purchase limit set by your bank or credit card company. Contact your bank or credit card company for more information.
