If there’s an issue with an existing payment method in your account (for example, an expired credit card), you can update it or add a new payment method.

Editing a payment method
To change a single payment method, follow these steps:
- Sign in to your account on Grover.com or via the app.
- Go to My Tech.
- Select the subscription you want to manage.
- Select Payment method.
- Select Change.
- Pick another existing payment method or select Add new payment method.
- If adding a new payment method, select Card or PayPal. Enter the new payment details.
- Choose a payment method and select Change to finalize the process.
Editing a payment method for multiple subscriptions
To change the payment method for multiple subscriptions, follow these steps:
- Sign in to your account on Grover.com or via the app.
- Go to Account.
- Select Manage payment methods.
- Select the payment method you wish to change. You can see how many subscriptions are linked to each payment method.
- Select Change payment method.
- Pick another existing payment method or select Add new payment method.
- If adding a new payment method, select Card or PayPal. Enter the new payment details.
- Choose a payment method and select Change to finalize the process.
Editing a payment method in Grover Business Premium
If you’re using Grover Business Premium and pay with card or PayPal, you can change or remove your payment method anytime.
- Sign in to your Grover Business Premium account
- Go to Account (left sidebar) and select Go to Grover Business
- Select Account > Payments > Manage payment methods
- Select the payment method you want to change. You can see how many subscriptions are linked to each payment method
- Select Change payment method
- Pick another existing payment method or select Add new payment method
- If adding a new payment method, select Card or PayPal. Enter the new payment details
- Choose a payment method and select Change to finalize the process.
If you pay by invoice or have consolidated billing activated, you can change all your devices’ payment methods at once. (See section above - “Editing payment method for multiple rental devices”)
Add a new payment method
Follow the steps to add a new payment method any time you like:
- Sign in to your account on Grover.com or via the app
- Select Account
- Select Payments
- Select Manage payment methods
- Select Add a payment method
- Select Card or PayPal
- Enter the new payment details
- Select Add to finalize the process
When you’ve added a new payment method, you can link it to an existing subscription.
Remove or delete a payment method
You can only remove payment methods that aren’t being used for active subscriptions. Update the payment method for active subscriptions before deleting your unused payment method.
- Sign in to your account on Grover.com or via the app
- Go to Account (top menu)
- Select Payments
- Select Manage payment methods
- Select the payment method you want to remove
- Click on Delete this payment method and Delete
