Germany, Austria, and Spain
For customers in Germany, Austria, and Spain, the option to buy your device depends on when you started the subscription.
For orders submitted on or before July 25, 2023, you can get information about purchasing the device via My Tech > Keep Device.
For orders submitted after July 25, 2023, you must complete your minimum rental term before being eligible for any purchase. For instance, if you selected a rental of 6 months in August 2023, you would need to complete the minimum rental term (in this case, February 2024) before being able to buy the device. Get in touch with our support-team after completing the minimal rental period, and they will happily give you a personalized offer for your device.
The Netherlands
For customers in the Netherlands, the option to buy your device is determined by the subscription start date.
For orders submitted on or before August 22, 2022, you can get information about purchasing the device via My Tech > Keep Device.
Orders submitted after August 22, 2022, may still have the option to buy. If the option to buy your device isn't visible in My Tech, reach out to our support-team to verify availability.
Any orders submitted on and after April 4, 2023, will not have the option to buy the device.
United States
For customers in the United States, the option to buy your device is determined by the subscription start date.
For orders submitted on or before April 3, 2023, you can get information about purchasing the device via My Tech > Keep Device.
The option to buy devices is unavailable for orders submitted after April 3, 2023.
Grover Business Customers
For our Grover business customers, the option to buy devices is determined by the subscription start date.
For orders submitted on or before July 25, 2023, you can get information about purchasing devices via My Tech > Keep Device.
