Every Grover order undergoes an automatic security check before shipping, which can take up to 48 hours. The dashboard shows the status "Pending Approval" or "Manual Review" to indicate the ongoing verification. Users should check emails or app notifications for verification requests and complete them promptly. Payment details must be valid and funded to ensure the order is approved.
Before your Grover order is shipped, we conduct an automatic security check through our risk team to protect your account.
- Duration: The verification can take up to 48 hours. Please be patient; the contract will continue automatically in the meantime, and you do not need to open a support ticket.
- Dashboard Status: If it shows "Pending Approval" or "Manual Review," this simply means your verification is currently being completed.
- Your Task: Please check your emails or the notification center of your Grover app for any verification requests (for example, Onfido ID scan or account snapshot). Please address these promptly so the order can be approved.
- Payment Check: Make sure your saved payment method (card or PayPal) is valid, active, and funded to avoid delays in approval.
