Typo when inserting the code
For this possibility we ask you to double check that the code has been correctly typed, sometimes a small mistake can make the code to be unrecognised.
Voucher code cannot be used
All voucher codes have a certain criteria to be applied in an order. Therefore we kindly ask you to double check the description of the voucher to ensure that you fulfill this criteria in order to make use of the voucher code.
In case you fulfill all criterias, please inform us and send along the voucher code that you are trying to use.
The code has already been used
Additionally, voucher codes can be used only once. So if this is your case, note that we cannot redeem the voucher code a second time.
In case that your order has been canceled or declined, please send us the order number where you have inserted the code, then we will rollback your voucher code.
The voucher discount is incorrect
If your voucher has a different discount amount than expected, please check the description of the voucher code to confirm that the given discount is incorrect.
If you still think the discount is incorrect, please send us the voucher code and details (country/location, rental period, etc.) together with a screenshot of where you found the voucher code. Our team will then check if they can correct the discount for you.
