Voucher code cannot be used
All voucher codes have a certain criteria to be applied in an order. Therefore we kindly ask you to double check the description of the voucher to ensure that you fulfill this criteria in order to make use of the voucher code.
In case you fulfill all criterias, please inform us and send along the voucher code that you are trying to use.
The code has already been used
Additionally, voucher codes can be used only once. So if this is your case, note that we cannot redeem the voucher code a second time.
In case that your order has been canceled or declined, please send us the order number where you have inserted the code, then we will rollback your voucher code.
