What's required to complete the additional ID verification?
Before completing the verification process, please ensure that your passport or national ID is readily available.
In Spain the verification process is only possible with a valid DNI or NIE number.
- Open the verification link sent by Grover within 48 hours of receiving the email.
- Avoid using incognito mode on your browser
- Allow camera and microphone access
- Select the document you want to use for the verification.
- Take a picture of the front and back pages of your document.
- Make sure the details are clearly visible
- Position the document within the frames
- If there's a barcode, please ensure that it's visible in the picture
- Follow the instructions while we record you.
- You might have to read out some numbers or turn your face in different directions
- Try to keep your face within the frame the whole time
Once completed, we'll review your submission and update you on your order.

Why does Grover request to connect bank accounts?
To ensure a smooth order process, linking your bank account to your Grover account helps us access necessary financial information from your transactions. Rest assured, your data remains private, and encrypted, and is used only once for the review; we do not store any of this information.
