You can easily customise the newsletter or push notifications you receive yourself:
- Log in to your customer account and go to the "Notifications" overview. Change the settings there to the desired regularity yourself and save them. That's it already!
- Otherwise, you can easily deactivate the newsletter by clicking on "unsubscribe" at the end of the newsletter mail.
Spam filter
Sometimes it can happen that you no longer find our newsletter or other emails from Grover in your inbox, but in the spam folder.
If you would like to receive our emails in your inbox again in the future, you can take the following steps:
Do you have a Gmail or Hotmail address?
Right-click on the email and click on "No spam" or "Unmark junk email".
Click on "No junk email" in the navigation bar - done!
This helps with every e-mail address:
Move emails from the spam folder to the inbox using "drag and drop". This means that you use the mouse to drag the email from the spam folder to the inbox.
All these actions move the email back to the inbox and your email provider "learns" that you want to receive our messages.
Newsletter problems
Is the newsletter deactivated in your settings and yet we continue to send it to you?
Perhaps you have created another account with us in the past with a different e-mail address and the newsletter is being redirected from the other e-mail account to your current e-mail address.
In this case, please check whether you can log in to www.grover.com using your other e-mail addresses. Use the "Forgot password" function if you can no longer remember your password.
