Requirements for deletion: We can only completely delete your account once all your rental agreements have ended, all equipment has been safely returned to our warehouse, and there are no outstanding invoices.
When deletion is possible: You have the right to request the deletion of your data if we no longer need it for our rental services, if you revoke your consent, or if you no longer wish to receive marketing communications from us. Legal retention requirements (e.g., for tax or legal purposes) may limit immediate deletion in individual cases.

- The email address you registered with us
- Your date of birth (Tip: If you are already logged into your account when you submit your request, your name and email address will be automatically sent to us!)
