If you’re eligible for a refund, after you cancel we'll send the money back to the payment method you used when you made the order.

Refunds after canceling your order
If you canceled your order before it was shipped, you’ll receive a refund within 3 days. Please contact our support team with your order number if you haven't received a refund within 3 days.
Refunds after returning your order
If you’ve dropped off the package at least 1 day before the next payment was due, the amount will automatically be refunded as soon as the package arrives at our warehouse. Refunds can take up to 10 days.
