If a payment fails, our system automatically waits and attempts to collect the amount again 3 business days later.

If the second attempt fails, a final automatic attempt will be made 8 business days after the first failed attempt.

If a recurring payment remains completely unpaid for more than 30 days, a late fee of €0.99 will be charged to your account (this late fee applies only to the German market).
