You will receive your monthly Grover Business invoices via email or you can download them from your Grover account under Payments. Invoices are usually available one day after the due date, and for purchases, 14 days after payment receipt. Changes such as company address or tax number are made through support with proof documents.
How to Find Your Invoices:
You will receive a monthly email with all invoices from the previous month.
You can also view and download all your invoices in your Grover account under Account > Payments > Select Payment > Download Invoice.
If you need the invoice for a specific tech rental, go to rented > select Tech Rental > scroll to Payments > select Payment > Download Invoice.
Monthly invoices are available one day after the due date. If you purchased your device, the invoice is available 14 days after the purchase price has been collected. We do not send an invoice if the first payment of a new order or a purchase payment fails.
Sometimes it can take up to 20 days for an invoice to appear in your Grover account. If you still do not have an invoice after 20 days, please contact support.
If you use Grover Business Premium, you can find the invoices on the Payments page in your Dashboard.
How to Change Information on Your Grover Business Invoices:
