Availability & Setup: The SEPA Direct Debit is available exclusively to Grover Business customers.

When checking out, simply select “Direct Debit”—you will then be securely redirected to our partner GoCardless to confirm the mandate via email. The mandate is valid for 36 months.

Important payment rules: Please never transfer money yourself to the IBAN listed in the mandate. Since processing a direct debit takes 3 to 5 business days, delivery of your devices will be slightly delayed compared to other payment methods.

Refunds: Credit will always be automatically refunded to the original bank account. After a return, it takes up to 10 days after arrival at the warehouse for us to initiate the refund. The money will then be in your account within 5 days.
