For now, SEPA direct debit is only available for Grover Business accounts.
You can conveniently pay for your order by having Grover automatically withdraw the order amount every month.
If you want to use a direct debit for your Grover rent, select “Direct Debit” when adding a payment method, and you’ll be redirected to set up a secure direct debit with our service partner GoCardless.
Once complete, you’ll receive a mandate via email from GoCardless.
Please note that direct debit payments can take 3-5 business days to process, which means deliveries take a bit longer than other payment methods.
SEPA direct debit authorizations are valid for 36 months. If you want to revoke your consent, contact our support team, and they’ll be able to help with your request.
How will I be refunded when I pay with SEPA direct debit?

The refundable amount is always credited to the account from which it was collected.

It may take up to 5 business days for the credited funds to be visible in your bank account.

Returns will be refunded within 10 days after we receive your package.
