With SEPA direct debit, you can pay for your subscription by having Grover automatically withdraw the subscription amount monthly.
You can conveniently pay for your order by having Grover automatically withdraw the subscription amount every month via a SEPA direct debit.
To use a SEPA direct debit, the minimum rental amount is €1 and the maximum is €8.000. Simply select “Direct debit” from our list of payment methods during checkout or when adding a new payment method.
You’ll be redirected to set up a secure direct debit with our partner GoCardless. All that’s needed is your IBAN. Once the direct debit is set up, you’ll receive a mandate from GoCardless via email.
Please note that direct debit payments can take 3-5 business days to process, which means deliveries take a bit longer than with other payment methods.
For now, SEPA direct debit is only available for Grover Business accounts.
SEPA direct debit authorizations are valid for 36 months. If you want to revoke your consent, contact our support team, and they’ll be able to help with your request.
How will I be refunded when I pay with SEPA direct debit?

The refundable amount is always credited to the account from which it was collected.

It may take up to 5 business days for the credited funds to be visible in your bank account.

Returns will be refunded within 10 days after we receive your package.
