Address change

Changing your address after the order has been placed (but before receiving the item) is not possible. Please reach out to our support team and we can see about canceling the order before its shipping.

Changing your address during order placement (but before order confirmation) can be done by following these steps:

1. Login to your Grover account.

2. With the product in your basket, select to view your basket.

3. Select Continue to checkout. 

4. Under Order Review you'll be able to update your address for both shipping and billing.

Remember, we only deliver to addresses in Germany, Austria, Netherlands, and Spain.

Billing address change

A change of your billing address after you receive your order can be requested via this form. Please be aware that we can not change past invoices to match your new billing invoices. 

Update email or phone number

You can update your email or phone number through your account on our website.

1. Go to Grover.com and sign in.

2. Click on the top right section Account and again Account next to your name and email.

3. Under Personal information, select Manage my info.

4. You can now update your email address or phone number. Remember to verify the changes via email once updated.

Can I register with Grover using a foreign phone number?

No, to verify your account, you'll need a phone number matching the country your order is placed in. You can register with Grover with a German, Austrian, Dutch, Spanish, or US mobile number. For phone numbers from other countries, the account confirmation via SMS  won't work.

Name change

Name changes are only possible in special cases, e.g. due to marriage or other official name changes. Please request the change via this form.
