Address change for new orders:
You can update your billing and shipping address for new orders during the checkout process:
- Log in to your Grover account.
- Add a product to your cart.
- Click on "Proceed to Summary."
- Update the billing and shipping address in the order summary.
Address change for existing orders:
- Once you’ve received your order, you can request a billing address change through this privacy form. (E.g. if you have moved)
- You don't need to change the delivery address for your existing order, even if you've moved, as the carrier only needs Grover's address when you return your device.
Changing the delivery address in case of a replacement delivery:
- The delivery address for your existing order only needs to be changed if you have moved and are requesting a replacement device in the event of damage. In this case, please contact our customer service team using the contact form so that we can update the delivery address for you and send a replacement device.
Please note:
We currently only deliver to Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, and Spain.
Important:
- It is not possible to change the address on already issued invoices.
- If your shipping and billing addresses are not recognized, please contact our support team.
Update email or phone number
You can update your email address and phone number in your Grover account:
- Log in to your Grover account.
- Click on Account, then again on Account next to your name and email address.
- Under Personal Information, select Edit My Information.

Here, you can update your email address and phone number. Usually, you’ll receive an email from us to confirm your changes.
Can I register with Grover using a foreign phone number?
Unfortunately, no. Registration is only possible with a phone number from the country where you’re placing the order (Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, or Spain). Confirmation SMS cannot be sent to phone numbers from other countries.
Name change
In special cases, such as after marriage or an official name change, the name on your account can be updated. This also requires our Privacy Web Form.
