For new orders, the shipping and billing address can be changed during the checkout process:
- Log in to your Grover account.
- Add a product to your cart.
- Click on “Continue to overview”
- Change the billing and shipping address in the order summary.
Changing the shipping address when a replacement device is sent:
- You only need to change the delivery address for your existing order if you have moved and are requesting a replacement device in the event of damage. In this case, please contact our customer service team using the contact form so that we can update the delivery address for you and send you a replacement device.
We currently only deliver to Germany, Austria, the Netherlands and Spain.
