How long does delivery take?
How you place your order will determine the delivery time frame.
Grover.com Orders:
If you order from Grover.com, we aim for delivery to be no more than 1 week for normal packaged products such as speakers, monitors, headphones, tables, and laptops. For large bulky items, such as TVs and appliances, delivery time takes between 3-10 working days. The estimated delivery time and cost can be found on each product page and may vary depending on the destination.
In some instances, we may split single orders into separate deliveries. We will email you separate tracking information if this is the case.
Partner Orders:
If you order online via our partner stores, such as MediaMarkt, the delivery may take 1–2 business days longer. To get your tech faster, you can rent it in-store and take it home the same day. More information about renting with our partners is available here.
What do I need to receive my delivery?
Confirmation of identity along with your signature may be required for delivery. Depending on the carrier, your device may also be delivered directly to an official packet shop, where you will be notified for pickup.
Large devices (TVs, fitness equipment, e-scooters, etc) require scheduled appointments. The carrier will call and arrange an appointment with you.
Should the carrier not be able to deliver your package on the first try, they may:

Drop it off at a nearby postal office or pick-up point where you can pick it up within 7 days. Failure to pickup within the designated time frame may result in the return of the package.

Attempt another delivery on a different day

Leave it at your preferred location (e.g. garage, garden, neighbor)
We recommend checking with the relevant carrier to see how they handle deliveries. You can always refer to the tracking number we provide to see where your package is and how to handle your delivery.
We recommend keeping the original packaging and boxes the orders are delivered in. This makes it easier to return when your rental is up.
Why did my delivery fail?
Check the shipment status of your order according to the tracking number provided via email for the most up to date information on where your package is.
Failed delivery can occur due to:

The recipient wasn’t found.

An error in the delivery address. In this instance, your order will be returned to us and canceled. The first payment will be refunded to you. Please allow 5-10 days for the refund to be credited.

Missing delivery details.

The shipping label was damaged in transit. In this instance, the order will be returned to us and canceled. The first payment will be refunded to you.
If you’d like to order again, please check that your address and contact details are up to date before placing a new order.
